Purpose
Pennywize is a web application for managing personal budgets. These terms govern access to the service and use of its financial tracking features.
Access to the service
Signup is open with an email address and password, with no card required. The free plan includes 30 AI messages per month, renewed every month. We may modify, suspend or restrict certain features to keep the service operating.
User account
You are responsible for the information supplied when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Fraudulent use or misuse of the service may result in access being suspended.
How the product works
Pennywize provides budgeting decision support, automation and conversational analysis. The information provided is not regulated financial advice or personalised tax or accounting advice. AI responses may contain errors: check the information before making a decision.
Subscriptions and pricing
PRO is optional and available for €4.99 per month. An annual plan is also available. Free signup does not start a paid subscription: this requires an explicit choice and completion of checkout. The prices, billing period and conditions displayed when subscribing apply. Any price changes will be communicated before taking effect.
Availability and liability
We work to maintain a reliable service, but Pennywize is provided “as is”. Except in cases of gross negligence, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to use of the service, temporary unavailability or processing errors.
